About

Wenzetu Katika Afya (WKA) is a nonprofit initiative based in Arusha, Tanzania, dedicated to advancing health equity for lower income patients living with Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) particularly  hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.

We believe that no one should be forced to abandon treatment because of cost. That’s why we combine community storytelling, cost transparency and digital donor engagement to make lifelong care accessible, dignified, and sustainable.
